Sometimes a video meeting or on the telephone is a better choice

Video or phone meetings might be preferred in the following situations:

  • Distance
  • Difficulty in picking a location
  • Cost
  • Parties are not particularly amicable
  • Quarantine – as for COVID-19

Using Zoom as our meeting platform allows for screen and document sharing

Confidentiality is maintained as with face-to-face sessions
