James Minns is a certified ODACC Adjudicator, mediator, arbitrator, and appraisal umpire with Global Resolutions Inc. where he helps those involved in a wide range of commercial disputes resolve their differences in an efficient, cost-effective way.

James developed real property subject matter expertise in construction litigation and transactional matters acting on behalf of all levels of the construction pyramid, including owners, general contractors, and labour & material sub-trades.

Marcel (Chartered Mediator, LLB, BCL, LLM, ) has more than 35 years of experience negotiating, mediating and adjudicating civil law matters. He is a certified ODACC adjudicator.

Marcel is known for his principled, adaptive approach to the mediation, adjudication and arbitration process. He offers his extensive background of legal and business experience to assist in the settlement of disputes out of court.
